Before you book

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over. Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket.

Go to Door 2 at the time shown on your e-ticket. Present your e-ticket to staff, either printed or on a mobile device, and you will be scanned in before the start of your tour. There are no exchanges or refunds after purchase.

Most facilities and entertainment are designed to be accessible to disabled guests, and trained staff can transport guests with disabilities between floors by lift. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time, so a wheelchair slot must be pre-booked online at least 24 hours before the visit if someone in your group uses a wheelchair.
