Before you book

Infants aged 3 years and under are free, but must still reserve a ticket. Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over.

There are no exchanges or refunds available after purchase. Entry is by e-ticket: go to Door 2 at the time shown on your ticket and present it either printed or on a mobile device.

The majority of facilities and entertainment are designed to be fully accessible for disabled guests, with lifts used to move between floors. For safety reasons, only three wheelchair users can be in the building at any one time, so any wheelchair user in your group must pre-book a wheelchair slot online at least 24 hours before the visit.
