Sir Robert Chiltern seems to have everything in order: the house, the clothes and the wife. When the devious Mrs Cheveley arrives with secrets to spill, scandal, betrayal and public disgrace threaten to surface, forcing Chiltern to decide how far he will go to protect his good name.
