James Seabright presents Churchill's Urinal at King's Head Theatre. This new comedy is by and stars Rosie Holt, with additional material by Stewart Lee and direction by Daniel Clarkson. It is set in 11 Downing Street, where a female Chancellor of the Exchequer tries to remove an old urinal from her grace-and-favour en-suite, only for its reported connection to Winston Churchill to spark nationwide outrage.
Rosie Holt is known for her MP alter-ego, which has reached more than seven million views online, and she has toured two stage shows nationally. This is the world premiere of the play, which was first seen in a reading at Shedinburgh last year. Daniel Clarkson previously directed The Crown Live, which sold out at the King's Head Theatre.
