BREATHING WITH - Jon Dixon & B'licious

Introducing our new series: inviting live musicians to play alongside our founder Barbora as she guides you through breathwork. Our first session welcomes Detroit legend Jon Dixon: keyboardist, producer and core member of the iconic Underground Resistance collective. Alongside his music career, Jon works as a music therapist at the Children's Hospital of Michigan. He'll be playing keys live as Barbora leads you through a series of connected breathing exercises. Barbora Pátková founded Innervisions Alchemy with a simple desire: to create a safe, inclusive sanctuary for holistic healing in London. Her work bridges scientific knowledge and sacred tradition. Breathwork is one of her core tools - simple, accessible and incredibly effective at calming the nervous system and quieting the mind.
