I didn't like the decision to move the dance floor to the opposite side. It felt much more cramped and took away from the overall experience. I was hoping for a nice venue and atmosphere, but this has put me off attending events here for while.

Review of MadMen New Years Eve feat The Contact Room XXL PLAYZONE

With two play zones you couldn't think about one be for "gay" and the other one for trans/women/ straight people. Ridiculous behavior by the security at the door, saying that I AM A WOMEN, who are you to tell me what I am ? Ridiculous.

Really good music. Not the greatest play setup.  Overall a fun and well run  event.

I purchased two vip tick*ts - on arrival I got given the wrong wristband for complimentary cloakroom resulting in me having to go all the way back to the entrance to get the correct one and then queue up again for the cloakroom.

As advertised 3-4 rooms were suppose to be open. Only one music room was open (light box) the staff did not know when the other rooms were opening. We got told 3am so we waited until 3. We then got told 4am. 4am came and still just light box open which was really strange.

This the resulted in us leaving and finishing our NYE celebrations early.

I would like a refund if possible as everything advertised for the VIP tick*t nothing actually executed.

Music was massively repetitive, venir was change to accommodate food and other things that were not use but utilised so much space no one used. Outside areas were not heated on a very cold night. No clock room organisation and very slow, and extremely could. Fire (venue ?'?🏼) Madmen (host ?'?🏼)

bad idea to have cloakroom outside when it's very cold. two small rooms kinda hard to navigate. long queue for toilets. music could have been better expectedly.
