Review of Madmen XXXtreme Love - Special Guest SURI

I attended Madmen XXXtreme Love - Special Guest SURI at Fire Club, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing.
The problems started right at the entrance. The security process was extremely slow and poorly managed. I arrived at around 2:00 am, and there were only six people in front of me, yet it took 39 minutes just to get inside. That is completely unacceptable.
Once inside, there was another very slow queue for the cloakroom to leave my jack*t. Once again, the staff displayed poor organisation and lacked a sense of urgency. The customer service overall was very bad; the staff were not welcoming and showed no professionalism or basic courtesy.
The first DJ was honestly terrible. The music was outdated and had no energy; the atmosphere felt flat and uncomfortable. The second DJ was slightly better, but by that point the vibe had already been damaged. The event seemed disorganised from beginning to end.
I ended up leaving early because the experience simply wasn't enjoyable. Overall, it was a very poorly managed event and far below the standard I expected.
