Review of World Cup 2026 - Brazil vs Norway - Round of 16 - Live Screening

The venue's entrance experience was absolutely awful. There was a completely unnecessary queue, with extremely rude security staff shouting at people to have their tick*ts open on their phones. It was som**hing I've honestly never seen before. Even airport immigration lines aren't run like that.

They were yelling at paying customers who already had valid tick*ts and were simply waiting patiently for their turn to enter. If it took you more than five seconds to find your tick*t on your phone, they would tell you to leave the line and go to the back. Friends weren't even allowed to stay together while queuing. It was a complete nightmare.

The bag check was just as bad. The staff member aggressively searched my tiny bag and angrily threw away a pack of chewing gum as if I were carrying som**hing illegal. It was unnecessarily hostile and completely over the top.

The entire experience was terrible from start to finish. The venue was stuffy, the atmosphere was unpleasant, and the staff made everyone feel unwelcome. I have no intention of ever coming back, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The place is ok is cool. But honestly the people that is working at the door, they were very rude, screaming with clients, people that paid to be there, no one seems that was happy working, no one seems that wants to help with information and nothing that was asked about. It tooks me more than 30 minutes to make them understand that I had the tick*t, even this way they didn't want to let me in... I want to speak with manager, no manager, they send me to other door, no one was there, so annoying for a very high price, it was 50£... and In the end of the event they kicked us out, pushing us like animals, what they wan? They want me to fly over people? I really don't recommend de World Cup events.
