About Dark of the Moon
Dark of the Moon is presented at The Arches, London. This new musical tells a supernatural story of witchcraft, small-town prejudice and love, set between a rural Appalachian town and the world of witches and warlocks in the Smoky Mountains.
Barbara Allen, a human girl, and John, a curious witch-boy, fall for each other and try to build a life together despite the divide between their communities. The score brings those two worlds together through a blend of country and bluegrass with rock.
