Phantom Peak is a unique immersive open-world adventure in London - a fully realised town inhabited by quirky characters and full to the brim with mysteries and stories to discover. Spend 4+ hours exploring the town, enjoying food and drink in our wild-west themed Thirsty Frontier Saloon, and interacting with immersive sets, technology, and live actors.

Using your phone and the Jonassist website, you’ll be guided through unique storylines in the form of trails - quests where you, a tourist, are tasked with helping townsfolk in exciting ways. You’ll interact with technology including Jonavision, Jonagraph, and new for 2024: Klacky! Speak to the townsfolk, get to know them, and obtain the information you need to progress in the trail.

Step into Phantom Peak's one-of-a-kind Wintermas celebrations, where festive fun meets the usual adventures and mystery of town. Join Mayor Pocket, Dr Winter, and all of your favourite townsfolk as we present a season full of surprises, schemes, shivers, and secrets - a season where the town itself faces the biggest challenge yet.

Our standard entry ticket provides access to the entire 4.5 hour immersive adventure. Unravel the mysteries of a huge steampunk town and solve clues for collectible rewards.

Welcome to Phantom Peak: a fully immersive, open world experience - a living, breathing town where mystery lurks around every corner.

Think of it as part escape room, part immersive theatre, part real-life videogame. You’ll meet mysterious strangers, uncover secret plots of rebellion, and find out what exactly happened to the old Mayor (coincidental accident, or cold-blimped murder?!)
Put simply, it’s an immersive, free-roam world that you can explore at your leisure. The experience runs seasonally, with four main shows per year, each with their own storylines and quests to complete. The main theme remains but exciting new elements are added each season - it’s like returning to a familiar town every few months: the world may be the same but something new is happening!

Full of secretive quests and quirky characters, you experience the world through a custom made web-app (no downloads necessary!) that guides your adventure through man-made canals and a vast, split level old town. Follow the clues and be rewarded with a collectible trail card (unique trails added every season). Need a break? Pause for a delicious drink and a bite to eat at any time, you can even finish the trail on your next visit. There are carnival and arcade games to be played, and custom
technology to interact with - you can even fish for platypuses! At the end of the show, a special closing ceremony will take place, culminating in a finale that you helped create. Grab your ticket now and find out what the fuss is all about!
