WE ARE BALEARIC & PURE HOUSE LDN join forces to bring you a sophisticated daytime party like no other in the heart of Brixton, London.

Inspired by the early days of open-air parties in Ibiza, our aim is to re-create the feeling and vibe of the Balearic / Acid House parties from 88/89, but include new, up and coming DJs together with well-established DJ legends spanning generations. All for the love of House.

We are both brands that promote inclusivity where everyone is equal and are able to express themselves on the dancefloor in a safe, happy and positive environment.

Our main focus is to showcase the best talent from around the globe, with a music policy of the finest sounds from Balearic beats to Disco and House.

We encourage everyone of all genders to dance together under the stars as one.

Smokin’ Jo

Smokin’ Jo has been DJ’ing since 1990 and is still the only female DJ to have ever won DJ magazines coveted DJ Of The Year Award. She is one of the most talented DJ’s to emerge from the British dance music scene. Her undeniably cutting edge sound has carved her a niche in clubland.

Jo has had a truly successful career and over her 29 years behind the decks she has played in pretty much every corner of the globe and in every major nightclub you could care to mention: Space (Ibiza and Miami), Fabric (London), Womb and Aghea (Tokyo), Panorama Bar (Berlin), Warung (Brazil), Cavo Paradiso (Mykonos), Pacha, Crobar and Vinyl (New York), Zouk(Singapore), and Cocoon (Frankfurt)…the list goes on.

Most recently Jo has played for Glitterbox at Hi Ibiza, two epic gigs at Glastonbury for Block9 and Greenpeace, Shindig Festival, Defected Festival in Croatia and UK, Clockwork Orange in UK and Amnesia in Ibiza, Morning Gloryville and appeared in a documentary for Ministry of Sound The Annual Classic Tour as well as hosting and playing on one of their live tour dates before the orchestra hit the stage.

Lenny Fontana

Lenny Fontana’s discography spans over 140 records and 25 years of DJing and producing House music.

Lenny Fontana a true New Yorker. Inspired by DJ Larry Levan, Fontana went on to play at Studio 54 in the late 80’s and other NYC Clubs. Through the 1990's he travelled the world and played at many famous nightclubs globally.

In 1991 he was the first US DJ to play at Pacha Ibiza. In 1992, Lenny had his first successful production with Butch Quick’s "Higher" (Strictly Rhythm). In 1999 he had his first crossover hit record, "What You Need" (Defected Records/Ministry of Sound) under the name Powerhouse Feat. Duane Harden. This was a Top 10 hit in the UK and was performed on the famous TV show: Top of the Pops and the Pepsi Chart Show.

Lisa Loud

Lisa is widely revered and admired as one of the UK's top female DJ's. With her extensive musical background and expertise, Lisa can ignite any party in the world, from the fashion Glitterati of Milan to the discerning floors of Ibiza. Lisa combines glamour, elegance and sophistication on the decks with her trademark of tribal infused tech House music - you cannot fail to be seduced by Lisa's sounds.

Paisley Jensen

An up-and-coming DJ from the Midlands has made a huge impact within the UK in recent years.

Paisley became a Defected resident in 2023 and has warmed up for the likes of Sam Divine, Eats Everything and more. She has held residencies for Lab11, LOVEJUICE and La Fiesta.

Paisley is found in numerous clubs playing a wide range of genres from old skool House to disco and techno. Paisley has a strong passion for the 90’s and Chicago sounds.

Her love for music shines through in her exciting, energy packed sets. Whether you’re at a beach party in the middle of the day or in a rave as the dawn breaks, this young lady will have you grooving nonstop.
