Into the Woods at Bridge Theatre is Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s musical about the Baker, the Baker’s Wife, the Witch, Jack, Little Red Riding Hood, Cinderella and Rapunzel. It follows their separate wishes and journeys beyond the idea of happily ever after, asking what really matters.
The story begins with a simple question: why go into the woods? To sell the cow, lift the spell, visit mother, see the king, or perhaps to find yourself?
