

High Society at the Barbican Centre is Cole Porter’s musical comedy about the society wedding of the year, where old flames, new flames and a sharp-eyed tabloid reporter turn a waterfront estate celebration into chaos. It combines Golden Age musical theatre with a full-size orchestra and songs including Just One Of Those Things, Let’s Misbehave, I Love Paris, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?, Well, Did you Evah and True Love.
Helen George stars as glamorous socialite Tracy Lord, with Felicity Kendal also appearing in a production by a multi award-winning creative team including Rachel Kavanaugh and choreographer Anthony Van Laast. The cast is 28-strong.
Duration: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.
