

High Society is at the Barbican Centre in London. Cole Porter’s musical follows Tracy Lord and a society wedding that begins to fall apart as old flames, new flames and a sharp-eyed tabloid reporter arrive at a waterfront estate. Helen George stars as Tracy Lord, alongside Felicity Kendal, with a 28-strong cast and a full size orchestra.
The score includes Just One Of Those Things, Let’s Misbehave, I Love Paris, Who Wants To Be a Millionaire?, Well, Did you Evah and True Love. The production is brought to life by a multi award-winning creative team, including Rachel Kavanaugh and choreographer Anthony Van Laast.
Running time: Approximately 2 hours 30 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

Performance updates: Helen George will not appear on Wed 1 and Fri 3 July and her role will be played by an understudy. Felicity Kendal is not scheduled to perform the matinee on Thu 9 July. Julian Ovenden is not scheduled to perform on Sat 20 June for either the matinee or evening performance.
