About I'm Sorry, Prime Minister

I'm Sorry, Prime Minister is a political comedy written by Jonathan Lynn, the BAFTA Award-winning co-creator of Yes, Minister and Yes, Prime Minister. It is presented as the final chapter of British political satire.

Jim Hacker returns hoping for a quiet retirement at Hacker College, Oxford, but instead faces cancellation by the college committee. Sir Humphrey Appleby is back as well, bringing bureaucracy, Latin phrases and familiar obstruction to the mix.

The show follows Hacker as he is pulled into a modern crisis and has to deal with students, the Fellowship and the demands of real life.
