

Sinatra The Musical is heading to the West End and will play at the Aldwych Theatre from June 2026. Written by two-time Tony Award-winning writer Joe DiPietro and directed and choreographed by Olivier Award-winning, three-time Tony Award-winning Kathleen Marshall, it tells the story of Frank Sinatra’s early rise and the personal pressures behind it.
Set on New Year’s Eve 1942, the musical follows a 27-year-old Italian-American singer as he steps onto the stage of New York City’s Paramount Theatre and gives the performance that changes his life. As his voice captures a nation, his marriage to Nancy and his feelings for Ava Gardner pull him in different directions, while scandal and a hostile press push his career into a tailspin.
Featuring more than twenty classic songs, including “That’s Life”, “One For My Baby”, “The Best Is Yet to Come” and “I’ve Got the World on a String”, the production presents a portrait of Frank Sinatra’s life and comeback story.
