Sinatra The Musical is heading to the West End at the Aldwych Theatre from June 2026. The show follows Frank Sinatra on New Year’s Eve in 1942, when the young Italian-American singer is about to perform at New York City’s Paramount Theatre and begin the career that would change music history.
As Sinatra’s voice draws national attention, the story also follows the pressures around his private life, including his marriage to Nancy and his relationship with Ava Gardner. When scandal and a hostile press put his career in difficulty, the musical tracks his fight to recover and stage a major comeback.
The production features a creative team led by Joe DiPietro, writer of What’s New Pussycat? and Memphis, and Kathleen Marshall, director and choreographer of Anything Goes and Top Hat. It includes more than twenty classic hits, among them That’s Life, One For My Baby, The Best Is Yet to Come and I’ve Got the World on a String.
