Starters:
Pearl Barley soup
A root vegetable soup with carrots, swede, celery, mushrooms, onions and garlic. Seasoned
with thyme and served with a crusty bread roll.
(Suitable for vegetarians, vegans)
Poached Salmon & prawns with Mousseline sauce
Fresh poached salmon, garnished with prawns and a light lemon cream sauce and
cucumbers (served cold)
Mains
Sauté of chicken Lyonnaise
Chicken breast with a rich thyme, onion, garlic and tomato jus
(gluten free)
Vegetable Farsi
Roasted Aubergine stuffed with Provencal vegetables, rice and parmesan topped with bread crumbs
(Vegan is Garlic breadcrumbs instead of parmesan cheese, a gluten free version can be arranged in
advance)
Mains will be served with Lyonnaise potatoes, selected seasonal vegetables.

Waldorf Pie
Warm Baked apple cinnamon and raisin pie, with vanilla ice cream.
