Amity Yoga for Women class gives you the opportunity to soothe your soul.
Wendy Moran Hatha Yoga Teacher will guide you through a combination of static and flowing sequences, soothing meditation and breathing practices encompassing all the benefits that yoga can bring including improved focus, clarity, less anxiety, balance in emotions and better sleep.
With a stronger mind and body, increased empathy to yourself and others. A super boost in confidence, you will feel soothed, refreshed and renewed with a deeper sense of strength in your health and wellbeing.
Suitable for beginners as well as more experienced yogini's. Practice will be adapted to suit individual needs.
