Impacked 2026

Impacked is back and better than ever!

You loved the festival we put on last year so we're bringing you another one to kick the summer season off right! The event is back with the help of the amazing lock and quay and Scrapyard studios, who we could not do this without.

Impacked started as an initiative to push music to the forefront of the peoples minds, get people thinking about the local scene and how no new artists would ever come up without having the local scene to show people their talent within their early years. Our aim is a simple one, to try and get live music back to being fair and affordable for all whilst allowing artists to get the pay they so truly deserve. 

We started this as a group of college students with a dream to shape the music industry into how we wanted to see it moving forward, and after putting together a festival last year in only 8 weeks (which we deemed a pretty big success for our first) we decided that the dream that had lead us to start this company might not have been such a farfetched one. The reception from those who attended and the drive and passion from the artists and the team, who all worked so diligently and keenly in an attempt to make sure the day was as much of a success as we possibly could have it be, showed us that with a bit of effort your goals that you set out to achieve aren't as out there as many of the big suits at the top of the music industry would want you to believe so they can stay on the top.

And so upon seeing the great reception and having that passion to keep stretching our hands out toward that final goal of a better and fairer music industry, we decided that we were going to hold another festival as a way to showcase more local talent that we maybe didn't get to last year! And maybe a few artists we've worked with in the past who were simply too good to pass up working with again.
