Bringing something positive to the city centre, we’re proud to host our 8th Liverpool’s Strongest Man & Woman competition right in the heart of Liverpool.
Come down and see both men and women putting their bodies on the line across 5 gruelling events, testing:
Strength - Fitness - Discipline -Recovery
It’s a proper day out, full of atmosphere, grit and big performances — you genuinely won’t be disappointed.
