MEETS RIVERCITY HIFI “IN A UNITY STYLE”
As a youth growing up I was privileged to listen to many a sound system be it underage access into theEbo, Sierra Leone social club,the infamous Frontline or a shebeen in L8.
One of the foundation sounds of the era was KINGSTRUGGLER Soundsystem est 1974. Formally known as Crasher Sound, Kingstruggler is run by Ras Judah aka Gibby to those in the know.
We have the privilege of stringing up with KING STRUGGLER on 11.07.26 @districtlpool along side our brothers @river_city_hifi.
@river_city_hifi are a new born sound on the banks of the Mersey hailing from the bridge city of Runcorn. Run by Chris whose foundation has been via the @sinaisound family you can expect the energy of a steppa warrior.
