“Remember the name - ones to watch” - Fylde Coast Radio

"Empire were great - commanded the stage like experienced performers” - This Feeling

With their ruthless indie hooks, endless energy and a reputation as one of the top live acts in Yorkshire, Empire burst onto the scene with their debut album God Bless The Empire in 2023, birthing hit tracks such as “Angeline”, “Honestly”, “Last to Leave Your House” and the unmistakable “Angel Woman”. They have returned with a new look, a new sound, new music, but the same approach - to put on the best rock and roll show money could ever buy.

"Scuzzy garage rock like a punked-up Arctic Monkeys with an added portion of that dirty glam sound that the New York Dolls were so good at. The crowd went mental and created some pretty amazing mosh circles for such a brilliant intimate venue like the Fulford Arms. This is a band that knows how to entertain, and they have an innate ability to whip their crowd into a frenzy!" - With Just A Hint of Mayhem

They make music they hope reaches different audiences with their songs who’s inspirations stem from punk, indie, and grunge music.
They’re versatile musically and enjoy stepping out of boundaries of genres to try and create something new.

An indie rock/grunge band based off the likes of Lovejoy and the Reytons. The vibe of the band is bound to get you on your feet and moving. Speno consists of Spencer, the lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Robin, the talented bassist, and Scott on the drums.
