Frequency Machine Christmas Fundraiser

PLEASE NOTE:  This is a family event - children do need to leave by 9pm due to licensing restrictions.

Our vision for the Frequency Machine community project is to reach out to the community and offer them the opportunity to learn a new skill.  Our founder is Psychologically trained and has a passion for helping people but also a huge passion for music.  Frequency Machine is the opportunity to bring these two things together and help people to support their own wellbeing and mental health through music and connection.  We aim to offer DJ workshops for young people and adults plus offer dance music events where we can connect with one another.  These will be family events and adult events.  Dancing is exercise and supports cv us to feel better by the release of endorphins.  

Connection with others is proven to make us feel happier in ourselves….and learning a new skill (whatever our age) is a form of empowerment and boosts our confidence too.  Music IS the answer.
