No ticket, No running. 

All runners must receive their wrist band before running. 

Sun glasses must be supplied by yourself and worn at all times when running. 

No entry into the club without a change of clothes. 

Weather permitting, in the event of bad weather the date will be changed. 

No refunds are available.
