There are a lot of great poetry open mics in Glasgow, and they all have their own mojo.
However, ours is going to be a little bit different.

Our plan is to capture this little moment in time by recording the night, sending it to our wonderful producer, and having it edited down to digestible length and released monthly! 🎙🚨
It'll be a fun way to hold on to the spirit of the night after the bar has ran a rag across it and the shot glasses are washed and put away.

The Midnight Verse is a welcoming and fully inclusive safe space for everyone's from everywhere.

A place of understanding, connection and the sharing of the little glimpses of wonder around us.
Come and share your words, your ideas, tell a story, sing a song or act out a monologue.

The stage is entirely yours.
