The Conference Venue Close to The City Centre with an Abundance of Parking Spaces

Football Club with a variety of Conferencing Facilities and "CentreSpot" public bar. Main Function caters for up to 250 guests. 10 break out rooms cater for 10-30 guests. Full refreshment and catering service available.

“The Park” is situated at Exeter City Football Club. Set in the heart of Exeter, a cosmopolitan city steeped in history. The Park is just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. We are less than 1 mile from Exeter Central Station & St David’s Station. Exeter International Airport is less than 15 minutes drive.

The Park is suitable for any event from Conference’s, Seminars Wedding to Corporate Functions. We can cater for 2 to 250 people. With 12 suites available for hire we have something to suit everyone. Free parking on site for 40 cars.

The Flybe Suite

Located on the 1st floor, the Flybe Suite is perfect for any large event. This suite has full disabled access via the lift or the 2 stair lifts we have in place. This is our largest suite and can comfortably house up to 200 delegates. The in house bar situated in the break off area of the room can be fully opened upon request stocking a wide range of wines & beverages.

The Courtenay Suite

Located on the 1st floor, the Courtenay Suite is suitable for smaller meetings ranging in number from 2 to 40 delegates. The Suite is located on the 1st floor, benefits from natural day light and AV Equipment. Full disabled access is available for this suite.

The Boardroom Suite

Located on the 1st floor, The Boardroom Suite can hold up to 30 delegates. Full disabled access is available

The Tribute Suite

Located on the 1st floor, The Tribute Suite can hold up to 20 delegates. Full disabled access is available.

Executive Boxes

We have 7 boxes available for hire which are ideal for interviews, appraisals or 1:1 meetings. They can hold a maximum of 10 people comfortable in them.
