Music Genres
Come out to see a triple bill of exciting new acts from Edinburgh and Crieff!
Jelephant are an Edinburgh-based folk-pop band - with a slight jazzy influence and a female singer/songwriter with operatic high notes, gruff and raspy low notes and the sounds of a wealth of Nordic and Scottish singing traditions. Jelephant sing original songs in English and folk songs in Icelandic, Finnish and Sámi languages.
Tramsurfer are an Edinburgh-based trio playing music that takes influences from prog, funk, punk and folk and wraps them up with a twist of ironic humour to create a style that they call "regressive rock". This eclectic mix of genres and Tramsurfer's energetic live shows have seen them delighting audiences across Edinburgh.
Lhamo Grace is a singer and a songwriter hailing from the Borders but based in Perthshire. She writes quirky, folk and anti-folk songs inspired by viewing the world through a neurodivergent lens, and her work as a therapist and coach. Lhamo loves to bring characters and stories to life through song. She also loves to perform Gaelic Puirt de Beul.
