Review of Wonderland Kidz Festival 2023

Overpriced for what it is. Along with having to pay for the grotto the grinch, drinks and food which are also a rip off

This is not at all what I thought it would be at all. The venue itself was large but very cold. No seating at all provided. Didn't expect people to be there with their kids on the drink at 11am. The price for what it was  is. absolutely ridiculous. The other  services provided like seeing Santa and the Grinch were way overpriced. How people with more than one child could afford that right now is beyond me. Cannot fault any of the staff we dealt with as all lovely but is not something I would recommend or revisit. Shame we were here a couple weeks of years back and had a totally different experience.

Walked out after 30 seconds it's was crap. Paid for nothing. Tried to give it another go hour later after visiting some rides outside and for food (could access without paying extra for the crap event in the arena) but it was still crap and hardly anyone was left so we just left. Wouldn't recommend, literally worse event I've ever spent money on

This event had the potential to be absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately it was far too loud for a 'kidz' event and far too cold in the arena - most people were wearing full coats, hats and scarves inside. Felt really sorry for the DJs trying to drum up any atmosphere in the room.

Was a good day out not as busy as thought it would be but still enjoyed it

The worst wonderland we have been to as a family of 4. Paid over £50 to get in and received nothing. The prices were extremely expensive. £15 per child to see Santa to only receive a gift which still had the price tag on. The Grinch experience for a family of 4 would have cost an extra £60. The music was not suitable for a young family. Children aged 10 and 5 didn't know any of the songs. All older songs. The venue itself was unsafe the whole outside area was frozen and very slippy. All the rides were frozen. Staff were smashing the rides trying to get the ice off. I'm extremely disappointed and my children did not have a good time as there was nothing free to do. I would love to know what our £65 went towards. Would definitely not recommend or go again.
