Unfortunately no where near a big event as described and very expensive especially if more than one child with you 

Review of High Octane Family Fest Weekender - Catton Park

This should not be a paid entry event. It was very small. On a field full of animal faeces. The music stage was painful to watch the acts as seemed like a karaoke session. The food vendors were so expensive and awful quality food.

Paid £40+ for 3 of us to go in a field with  rides that you have to pay extra for. Not a particularly interesting 10 minute monster truck show, which is repeated 3 times during the course of the day. No music, very little atmosphere. Didn't stay for long, but spent an absolute fortune. Would not recommend.

The music didn't continue after the foam party. Went quite. No alcohol stand. Only watched monster truck, nothing else was on. Noodles were over cooked n the sauce was cheap n nasty. Expensive food. No rides for kids over the age of 5 or 6. Not enough to do there for what we paid. Our early bird family ticket cost us more than if we had paid on the day!

Food and drink way overpriced. £2.50 for a can of pop, £7.50 for a small tray of chips. Pure greed. 
The main events ring was good, quads, monster truck, motorbike display team. Worth the journey.

Disgusting event. Poor value for money and misadvertised

We managed to get discounted tickets, but I still feel like we paid too much. Everything there had an extra charge apart from the music and stunt shows. £5 for 10 minutes on a bouncy castle. £5 for a single go on hook a duck. It was extortionate, the entry price should have been much, much lower.

for Â£13 my family had a great day love the big truck and second day was free to get in 

It was well organised. Reduced ristrictions on bringing food into festival. longer for head lining band un40 1hrs not long enough.
