Review of The Royston Club Album Show [14+ with Guardian]

My review is not about the glorious Royston Club or the great venue that is The Live Rooms Chester but about the tick*t I and a huge amount of people bought from Skiddle. I bought a tick*t that cost 16.75, original tick*ts were sold for 12.00. My tick*t included an A2 screen print and album download (of which I have not received) Get to the entrance to be told that the tick*t doesn't let me into watch the gig at all but is only for the print and download! This tick*t was so misleading, people travelled from far away to that gig and young kids were left outside with their mates being inside, so NOT on. Why on earth would I go all the way to a gig to pick up a download and a print. You sold these tick*ts and it was extremely misleading, it lead us to believe we would be getting a tick*t to watch the gig aswell. Fortunately the venue were sympathetic and supportive so Thankyou Live Rooms. Please don't sell tick*ts like this, I've had many a successful gig with Skiddle but this really was disappointing

My daughter went earlier with one of our 3 tick*ts. My wife and I then couldn't get in as they said on the door that someone had scanned all 3 tick*ts. This was not true. It took a lot of convincing to get in and we were made to feel like we were at fault. Dampener on a grear show.

Amazing live performance from TRC.  Loved it

The event organisers chose a poor choice platform to sell their tick*ts with ambiguous options for add ma that didn't include a tick*t. Several gig goers unable to get in because of this issue. A real shame for a great band. Sorry to have missed out because of this platform.

Absolutely amazing met the band they are so Incredible so excited to see them in December
