Whilst the fireworks themselves were good everything else about this event was a massive disappointment.  The Hotdogs were awful yet charged £7 for, there were massive queues to get served and the venue was crowded to the point of being unsafe. For a venue that normally provides good customer service and good quality food this was way below standard and the venue should be disappointed with themselves.

Review of Bonfire and Fireworks Night

Great fireworks, but very crowded and disorganised. No organised parking, so cars just left on the road side or where ever, and they ran out of hot drinks. Massive queue for food as well

The tick*ts were fairly expensive but we looked forward to a bonfire, food/drink experience with some good fireworks so paid it as a treat. Never again. Arrived in good time but forced to stand in a queue (with children) on the busy main road. Eventually got into the car park and a man vaguely checked I had tick*ts then waved us through to the beer garden. The bonfire had gone out, we couldn't buy hot drinks as had no tokens and would have to rejoin the queue we were ushered out of (entry and token queue had merged), had no cash with us as we didn't know this would be needed,  there were no signs telling people information, people freely walked in and out of the 'paid event' so we could have just walked in for free. Can't comment on food as we couldn't/didn't bother buying anything. The fireworks seemed very close by and debris from the fireworks kept landing on people in the crowded beer garden. There just seemed a severe lack of organisation for an event we could have watched for free.

Whilst the actual firework display was excellent, the amount of queuing ruined the night....not enough staff to efficiently serve the vast crowd of attendees. Food was quite expensive especially after paying the entrance fee.

Very badly organised. Huge queue for food and not enough space for those with tick*ts. Clearly oversold tick*ts (probably down to greed). One year old son was with us, couldn't wait half an hour to get in. Huge waste of time and money and looking to get money back.

Bonfire lit 30mins before advertised time so we and most other people missed it being lit, even though we weren't made aware at the venue when it was lit. No announcements when things would start. Fireworks 15mins late (understandable if tech issues but this meant with the early lighting of the bonfire there was a 1hr and 45min gap and the bonfire was pretty much out and giving no warmth). Too many cars in venue car park resulting in cars hitting pedestrians

Overcrowded, over priced, badly organised, no bonfire, short firework display, ran out of hot chocolate, still in queues when the fireworks started, couldn't find each other as had to separate to stand in different queues for food and drink. So, spent the display apart being constantly pushed and shoved by people trying to cope with the over crowded conditions and ridiculous queues for everything. Utterly miserable.
