The Diabetes Football Community Charity Day

'We are hoping to bring together our diabetes community through the connection we all share through football.

We want to inspire, provide education for those impacted by Diabetes, play some football/futsal and importantly raise awareness of the work we do as a community interest company to make a difference to the people we support.

We’re hoping to raise some all important funds to ensure The Diabetes Football Community (TDFC) can continue to create projects, raise awareness, improve education in sport and increase the opportunities for likeminded families and adults with diabetes to come together to connect through football.

On the day we hope to provide something for all, with a football session for the kids, a match for our adult teams, some exciting raffle prizes and auction opportunities as well as a few special guests along the way!
