Nuisance to the Neighbours:
Nuisance to the Neighbours are a 4 piece Indie Rock band from Carlisle, Cumbria with releasing their debut single called "Sexy Freak" at the start of 2025, which rapidly gained popularity gaining over 10k streams in a month. With talks of a new single ready to be released and many other originals waiting to be recorded, they are eager to spread their diligent and enthusiastic passion to the world.
The band began their journey in 2022 as a school band called The Tropical Penguins with the original members, Ryan Stokes on drums, Kieran Forster the lead guitarist and Jamie Robson on bass guitar. Finley Kirk the current lead singer joined later that year and their chemistry has blown the roof of venues ever since. Their spark and energy they bring to the stage catches the audiences attention, electrifying their shows.
They started presenting their talent to the public in 2022 with The Teens That Rock held at Carlisle College, since then they've performed at many venues across carlisle and the well known festival across cumbria, Wild on the Wall, which they have performed at 3 times.
Stepping into 2026, NTTN are continuously building their fan base and producing music to their audience with an exciting year ahead. Being one of the most exciting upcoming bands in cumbria, get yourselves to The Source Collective to see what all the talk is about.
James Witham:
At just 19 years old, James Witham is carving out a distinctive voice in the UK's new wave of indie talent. Hailing from Teesside, James blends the raw honesty of classic singer-songwriter storytelling with the expansive textures of modern alternative music - creating a sound that feels both deeply personal and bound for big stages.
James first introduced himself with his debut single "Walls", a heartfelt and soaring track that captures his knack for emotional lyricism and anthemic choruses. The song resonated with listeners for its mix of youthful vulnerability and confidence beyond his years - setting the tone for what's to come.
Now, James is stepping into a new era. His latest material pushes further into his creative vision - a blend of anthemic hits and more psychedelic, spacey sounds that reflect his curiosity and evolving artistry. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Sam Fender, The War on Drugs, and early Radiohead, his music explores themes of growth, identity, and the restless energy of youth, all filtered through shimmering guitars, cinematic synths, and powerful vocal performances.
With his heartfelt songwriting and magnetic stage presence, James Witham is quickly emerging as one of the North East's most exciting young artists - one whose sound is both grounded in Teesside grit and changeling modern direction.
Lewis Wilson:
My name is Lewis Wilson and I am an unsigned, upcoming singer/songwriter from West Lothian in Scotland. I primarily write tunes in the indie rock/alt genres with elements of jazz through chords and have four singles out with more to come. I done my first gig in March 25' supporting a band called Haver in Stenhousemuir and wrote songs with kyle falconer of the view and ben walker at la sierra casa, and played then infamous King Tut's in September 25'. Finally, I'm on the bill to support Jamie Webster at Eh6 festival in November 25' and finally supported Scottish Live Music Awards nominee Rosie Alice in December at the poetry club in Glasgow. For 2026, there is more to be announced, and with my newly formed band, we're ready to bring the full band sound to stages.
