Review of Focus - Hocus Pocus Tour

What a great band, superb musicians. Never thought I'd get to see a legend of my younger days.

Nice venue, good to have seating as we're all getting on a bit. Handy car park opposite.  Good beer and obviously Focus were brilliant.

Very enjoyable evening. and sensible prices for drinks.

I've been a fan of FOCUS from around 1972 listening to their music practically on a daily basis. Since around 2004, I've attended their concerts around Scotland and Northern England at least once a year. Every member of FOCUS is a professional musician in their own right and collectively produce and deliver one of the best LIVE performances that you'll have the pleasure of attending. My latest concert was in the Old Fire Station, Carlisle. My first time there and I was very impressed with the venue.  It was clean and tidy, had comfortable seating, helpful staff in particular the tick*t verifier on the door and had convenient parking facilities directly across from the main door. In my opinion, Geraldo, FOCUS's  sound engineer had set and managed the sound system perfectly as their was no distortion throughout the entire performance allowing listeners to hear every note as intended. The elevated stage certainly helped in allowing fans to see each band member clearly and the size of the venue created a somewhat intimate atmosphere in which to make the performance totally enjoyable and very satisfying for FOCUS fans. A highly recommended venue and an incredible group of professional musicians on stage.
