Country By Campfire

The UK's only Country Music By Campfire event is one not to be missed!

Our live acoustic country artists singing songs from all era's as the sun goes down whilst you star gaze around campfires listening to the best music...Country🤠🇺🇲

The event will run from 7:30pm until 10:30pm & its set to be the event of the year on the UK country music scene.

Bring your own camping chairs, snuggle up & enjoy what's going to be an unforgettable experience.

IMPORTANT INFO FOR YOU TO READ!

We have 5 glamping pod tents available to stay in for the night.

The 5 meter bell tents are luxury pods & are fully contained with beds, bedding, lighting & furniture. They also come with their own kitchenette area, compost toilet & shower area, picnic table & parasol. The farm is off grid so please bring portable chargers etc.

You also have the opportunity to bring your own camping tent or campervan/motorhome to stay. Glamping tents are for a maximum of 4 adults & charged on a per tent basis. Pitch your own tents/motorhome/campervan is charged on a per person basis staying.

If you would like to glamp, camp or stay overnight with your campervan/motorhome, please contact the farm at .........

We also have a car parking option for anyone attending for a fee of £5 per vehicle which will need to be paid  cash on arrival.

There will be delicious food available on the night prior to the event for you to enjoy & a fully stocked bar throughout the evening as well as a hot drink kiosk area for the best hot Country By Campfire hot chocolates or if you just fancy a tea or coffee, the option will be available for you. Cash or card accepted.

We will be opening the doors at 2pm for those camping or glamping & doors will open at 4pm for those attending the event only so arrive when you wish & enjoy the scenery of such a beautiful farm whilst Alpaca's roam with lambs & the sound of chickens can be heard. Last entries to the venue is 7pm. Gates will be closed from 7pm until 10:30pm & for those staying over night, check out is 1pm.

No under 14's - No refunds unless Country & Western Events cancel the event - Straw bales will be available to sit on but are not gauranteed due to availability so arrive early to claim yours - Food & Drink is not to be brought to the venue/event apart from bottled water. If you are camping or glamping, you are of course welcome to bring everything you need but must stay in your designated area of your stay & not brought into the Country By Campfire area - Tickets must be purchased in advance.
