Review of A Weird & Wonderful NYE 2023

What an absolutely awful time we had at this venue. We travelled from Bath for this. And how excited we were to go out again, for one last adventure... However your jumped up security team seemed to think they recognised my partner from lab 11 for selling drugs. Based on what somebody else had told them? Where's the proof?! We've never stepped foot in the place. We even offered for them to take a photo of my partner to the person who accused him... not interested. They didn't want to listen to the fact we live a 100 miles away. Perhaps in was the fact they couldn't have our ID's, not sure we needed them bring them being from a 35-45 age range. Let us in afventually after asking for our bank accounts? Rude, obnoxious and quite frankly ruined your venue and our night. Kicking us out 20 mins before the countdown. However we're prepared to let us women stay? Both my partner and his friend being doormen themselves for many years. I can assure have more decorum than half of one of those men. Quite happy to take our money, but won't respond to our complaint.
