WELCOME EVERYBODY!
Back in the 90's, from the chaos and magic of the outdoor rave scene, something special was born - The Que Club.
A former Methodist church turned absolute iconic rave playground, it was one of the biggest venues Birmingham had ever seen. Huge rooms, endless corridors, staircases that led who-knows-where....you could (and usually did) get totally lost in there - and loved every second of it.
For most of us, the Que wasn't just a club - it was home.
Every weekend it didn't matter what was on, we we're there. Music pumping, mates everywhere, dancing till silly o'clock and stumbling out as the sun was coming up. Pure freedom. Pure vibes.
Fast forward to now...
Earlier this year we stumbled across a YouTube video of urban explorers inside the Que. Seeing her like that was a bit of a shock - but instead of feeling sad, it fired us right up!
So here we are.
With loads of ideas and projects planned to celebrate and honour the Que, and courtesy of another landmark Birmingham venue - The Rainbow, Digbeth - we bring to you:
🎶Mini Q Phase One🎶
A celebration. A reunion. A proper nod to rave history - with big tunes, big smiles and good energy all night long. We want to remind people what that place meant, shine a light on it, and give it the love it deserves - all whilst having an absolutely cracking night.
On the decks:
🔥Sir Real (HOG)
🔥Andy Coleman (Heritage)
🔥Iain Wainwright (DRPS)
Oldskool music, magical memories, and that Que feeling back on the dance floor.
If you ever raced at the Que - or wish you had - come get involved ✌
Let's dance 💥💖
