‘Empowered Movement’ is a transformative women's-only dance class designed to celebrate femininity and encourage self-expression. Each session begins with somatic warm-ups to connect mind and body, promoting awareness and grounding. Participants will learn empowering dance moves that embody strength and grace, culminating in a lively freestyle segment that invites personal expression and creativity.
