It’s that time of the year again with the University of Birmingham’s Basketball Club hosting our annual LOCKDOWN event against UoB's local rival, Aston University, in our new state of the art sports arena! You can expect some high intensity games on February 10th, as both Men's and Women's 1st teams will be battling hard for the win in this local derby double-header. LOCKDOWN has been the indoor event of the year for University of Birmingham, with our teams getting the W for 4 years running - going unbeaten since Lockdown's debut. The highly-anticipated Sports and Fitness Arena will reach it's full potential, expecting full capacity at 1000 spectators spanning across 3 courts! The evening will be highlighted by performances by the Birmingham Pussycats and Hip-Hop Society - more TBC!
