About the session

Our puppy yoga classes are in total of 50 minutes long. The class is divided into 20 minutes of soothing yoga followed by 30 minutes of puppy cuddles and playtime.

All instructors are fully qualified and bring their own unique style and expertise to create a special experience for you and the pups.

Benefits:

Both yoga and spending time with puppies have been proven to reduce stress and improve mental health and well-being. Both have also been attributed to lowering blood pressure and cholesterol levels leading to a healthier overall lifestyle.

What to wear?

Wear something you will be comfortable moving around in. Please remember that our puppies are still very young and might have the occasional accident so it is advised to bring a change of clothes just in case.

Can I bring my own pup?

Apologies, you cannot bring your own pups to our classes for safety reasons. These classes are designed to help breeders pups break into socialising before they find their forever homes
