We're primed for our final blowout of the year. Sweaty, loud and a little bit weird. Just the way we like it.

We're buzzing to welcome Wrong Party!, taking over the later aspect of the night. We've been long-time admirers of what they've been serving up for Glasgow's Southside, so having them steer the late-night chaos feels very right.

On the live front we have the mind-bending Floating Heads, a chuggy acid trip from Aberdreamin and the unmistakable glow of Nina Stanger setting the tone for the night.

Mutoid dance collective, Wrong Party!, leave their usual Glasgow haunts behind to take over Fine Times for the night - bringing sordid disco, oddball electronics and turbo mantras to Aberdeen. Expect a full-bodied sonic workout and a dancefloor communion like no other.

A Fine Times favourite over the past 3 years, Aberdreamin's busy cooking up a brand new live set specially for the night. Expect heavy, chuggy acid grooves and low-slung euphoria. No-fuss, classic machine-funk built for the dancefloor.

Floating Heads bring a fuzzed-up brew of heavy neo-psych tones with real songs, ethereal vocals and soaring melodies. Audiences, including those at a recent sold-out venue at Edinburgh Psych Fest, have described the sound as a 'thunderous behemoth'.

Fine Times resident and all-round selector supreme, Nina Stanger returns to the Blue Lamp with her signature blend of deep cuts and genre-surfing gems. With a new chapter on the horizon, this is the perfect time to catch her before she heads off for pastures new.
