Review of SOULTASIA  - Essex 2023

We followered all your rules
Some people didnât
The bar got the prices wrong over charging
Food not great
It was better last year for the music
Left at 830pm

Tickets were reasonably
Priced but drinks were too expensive 

The music was more like background music there was not the same atmosphere as last year wonât be going next year

I didnât like the VIP area at the front of the stage. It was pretty empty and there was no atmosphere. Events make enough money off ticket sales and food/drink etc. I donât like this system. If you want to have a VIP area have it to one side. They also need a separate area for the annoying chair people. You canât expect to sit in a chair at the front of the barrier and then moan when people stand in front of you! If they keep the golden ticket thing I wouldnât go again.  The music was good and itâs a nice venue so itâs a shame that it was spoiled by greedy organisers. Iâd rather they put up the general ticket price and let people that want to enjoy the music get to the front. Iâm off to the Isle of Wight this weekend where it wonât be an issue. Thanks. 

Considering it was the hottest day of the year so far I couldnât find any water stations to refill my three bottles I was allowed in 
The prices of the drinks were astronomical but to top it all waiting time at the bar was wow an hour the first time we queued 
Forty the next time 
Thatâs how it went all afternoon 
Ridiculous and so unfair considering the sweltering temperatures 
Music could of done being louder when we were at the back it wasnât think it was due to the funfair being there 
I have to say I was so looking forward 
And came away disappointed sadly we wonât be returning 

On entry security more concerned with alcohol or food being brought and never even checked tickets! My friend had perfume taken off her and at end of night went to collect it only to be told had been confiscated! Sound wasnât great and too long queues at the bars to buy drinks at rip off prices, Â£30 a bottle of wine in a field in Essex is a joke. My friend also wanted to return to her car to collect insulin and was told no if there a problem go to the medical centre, really!, they finally allowed her to her car but this is unacceptable situation and unnecessary upset for my friend. Overall not impressed and doubt will return

Absolutely Amazing Zero Radio DJs smashed it!!!

2nd Soulstasia. Came last year too and we were blown away again. Thank you for such an amazing time. We will definitely be back next year ð

Enjoyed the music and atmosphere, hopefully will hold one in CHELMSFORD one day.

The event was good, the music and DJ between the acts, needed to engage the crowd more.zLots of microphone issues.

We had an amazing time! Thank for soultasia!!!! 

Brilliant day out in the sunshine singing n dancing to some top tunes Soul II Soul, Sybil n Gabrielle weâre our faves. Thanx Soultasia til next time.
