By DAY, it’s fitness and wellness at full volume. Train with Mr Motivator. Take on a HIIT session with HYROX coach Gede Foster. Hit the 5K trail run with Up & Running events. Reset with yoga, Pilates and breathwork. Brave a cold dip. Step into the sauna. Try self-defence, running analysis, mantra workshops, physio sessions and more, and it’s all included in your ticket.
For the kids, expect Ms Rachel & Blippi (impersonations), Glasgow Science Centre workshops, silent discos, circus performances, magicians, céilidh dancing and non-stop activities for little movers. Under 12s go free.
Then as the sun sets, we switch gears.
By NIGHT, we dance.
Rag’n’Bone Man. Emeli Sandé. Sister Sledge ft. Kathy Sledge. Cammy Barnes. A huge supporting line-up of Scottish talent. From disco to soul to singalong anthems, this is your summer night soundtrack under the Paisley sky.
And we’ve made it easy to go from workout to dancefloor. On-site showers. Lockers. Hair and make-up stations. Come for the morning run, stay for the headline set. No rushing home. No missing out.
One ticket gives you access to everything. All the movement. All the music. All the shared moments.
Just ten minutes direct from Glasgow Central, with easy routes from Ayrshire and Inverclyde, Barshaw Park has never felt more alive.
