Jasper de Vries also known as JSPR is a DJ and producer from Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Jasper developed a strong taste for music at an early age and especially for electronic music. DJ’s like Sven Vath, Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Michel de Hey were his early influences.

After being a DJ throughout Holland for an extensive period, Jasper took the next step and started producing. His debut record was released on Traum Schallplatten and after this JSPR’s production took off like a rocket. Very soon after his first release he caught attention of none other than the legend Richie Hawtin. His track Hold Back was played Richie through out the summet of 2015. And in August 2015 JSPR released ‘’MonoCulture EP’’ on Richie’s label M_nus.

Quickly other top labels started supporting JSPR and releasing his music. Labels such as SCI+TEC, Elevate and Alleanza were ones to follow. Also the track got support from almost every big artist in the industry like Adam Beyer, Carl Cox, Joris Voorn, Josh Wink and many others.

Also JSPR has played on events throughout Europe and South America on party’s such Loveland, Mystic Garden and Dockyard.
