VIP has been Djing since 2000 and started off on the airwaves of pirate radio station Silk City fm, coming from a UK Garage MC background VIP utilised his contacts to get himself a slot on the highly popular underground station. He made the decision to play R&B & Hip-Hop as it was a genre being over-looked over by the station.

After the popularity of VIP's radio show he managed to secure his first night club residency in 2001 at RB's (Solihull). The night quickly became one of the regions hottest spots and more club bookings resulted.

Since 2001 VIP has managed to establish himself as one of the most sought after DJ's in the Midlands and currently holds residencies at some of the regions hottest night spots and events. He has also been lucky enough to play in various resorts in Greece including the popular resorts Kavos, Malia and Sidari. VIP was also asked to fly out to Hurghada (Egypt) to play at Ministry Of Sound and represent the prestigious 'Smoove' brand.
