Formed in January 2005, Whitesnake UK play tribute to the very best of David Coverdale's Whitesnake, from the early classic Moody/Marsden line-up to the present day USA incarnation, faithfully reproducing classic songs such as "Fool For Your Loving", "Is This Love" and "Here I Go Again". With a combined musical experience of over 100 years Whitesnake UK can proudly boast of having some of the most accomplished personnel in any tribute band.

Lead singer, Carl Wooton is the epitome of the legendary 'snake' frontman, mesmerising ladies and championing men alike with his stage prowess & vocal brilliance. A lifelong snake fan, Carl is the founding member of Whitesnake UK.

Guitarists, Danny Lee James & Greg Darby are as close knit a guitar duo as you'll find. Complementing each other's style's with ease & finesse. From the bluesey early snake riffs to the all out thunder of latter day snake virtuoso's Reb Beach, DougAldrich & now, Joel Hoekstra.

Both accomplished guitarists, Greg has extensive touring experience with cult band, King Rocker, whilst Danny has travelled the world as an original recording artiste & also as the guitarist in Dressed To Kill, the world's longest running kiss tribute.

Ivory tinkler & all round gifted musician, Duncan Cook is the band's glue. Enhancing all era's of the snake's music with his flowing keyboard skills. From the likes of Wine, Women & Song, to the flowing power of Best Years, Duncan's keyboard wizardry will leave snake fans mesmerised.

Bass player & band lothario, Jay Stephenson is not only the four string monster keeping the rhythm and groove crunching your rib cage but eye candy for the ladies. A player of vast experience, notably with tribute band, Motley Crew, our Bavarian 'Red Baron' on bass is arguably one of the most sought after four stringers on the circuit. WSUK are more than happy to have him in its ranks.

And last but by no mean's least....Every snake has a tail....& WSUK are extremely proud to have a tiger as its tail. Legendary Welsh glam rock icon, Matt Blakout from Tigertailz is the WSUK time keeper.

Visual and exciting to watch, Matt's experience & resume is even more impressive. Having played the world over and sharing the stage with the likes of Whitesnake themselves amongst some other of the biggest names ever in music history, Matt commands everything from his drum stool. Seeing is believing....and Matt never fails to deliver !

Since the band's inception, WSUK have undergone a number of line up changes until 2013 when the band went into hiatus.

A chance meeting the following year between Carl & Danny woke the snake from its slumber. Its now fully awake & ready to strike !
