Co-founder and Principal Conductor of the Multi-Story Orchestra, Chris has conducted them at the BBC Proms, Brighton and Aldeburgh Festivals. He also works with Oper Köln, Glyndebourne Festival and Tour, Garsington and English Touring Opera and has worked as assistant conductor for the Philharmonia, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Gürzenich Orchester Köln and Aurora.

Committed to community music making, he is also Principal Conductor of the Ernest Read, Finchley Symphony and Blackheath Halls Symphony Orchestras. He has recorded for NMC and broadcast with Multi-Story and Aurora.
