Welcome to THE NEWCASTLE END OF YEAR BALL! 

Newcastle student ball is an exciting new project designed to give students an end of year send off they deserve! 

This event is inclusive to anyone who studies in the city. Therefore, giving you the opportunity to celebrate with all your mates across both universities regardless of what societies, subjects or sports teams you are part of.

TO EXPECT AT THE EVENT:

  • FREE WELCOME DRINK & FOOD OF YOUR CHOICE INCLUDED IN THE TICKET

  • Huge DJs including Meg Ward & other special guests 

  • Bands & live music 

  • Circus Performers & Entertainers 

  • Various street food vans

  • Party games   

  • Full club decor 

  • 4 spaces to dance & chat including a roof terrace, outside massive courtyard, a big main room & upstairs cocktail bar 

  • & a proper party spirit with lots of surprises

THE VENUE 

The Grove... located just outside Newcastle City Centre. The space has plenty to explore with 2 amazing rooms set up for both DJs and live music to bring the best party atmosphere possible. Aswell as a massive courtyard & upstairs roof terrace, expect circus performers & more weird and wonderful music out there and lots of cool decor! This space will come with lots of surprises... 

FOOD & WELCOME DRINK

There will be lots of street food venders present for you to choose from & your ticket includes a meal free of charge from whichever vender you like! You will also receive a free drink on arrival. 

MUSIC 

MEG WARD & SPECIAL GUEST aswell as Newcastle's best DJs, bands and more!
