Blu is located in the stylish Northern Quarter area of Manchester. The bar is split over 2 floors with the top floor offering plenty of seating and bar space, and the lower floor which is a bit more intimate - some might say sleazy. It offers a fabulous range of food and cocktails. The staff are friendly and the bar itself is a hotspot for young or old professionals. Recommended whether it be during the day or at night.
